This document sets out the terms on which CoverSimply (“we”, “us”, “our”) agrees to act for you (“you”, “your”) in arranging temporary vehicle insurance.
Please read this agreement carefully, as it explains our responsibilities to you and your responsibilities to us. By using our services or purchasing a policy, you accept these terms.
Scope of Our Services
We act as an authorised insurance provider.
Our role includes:

Providing quotes based on the information you supply.

Arranging your insurance cover.

Providing access to policy documentation and payment facilities.

Assisting with amendments, renewals, and claims guidance.
We do not provide financial advice or recommendations; we present suitable options for you to choose from.
Your Responsibilities
To help us arrange your insurance:

You must answer all questions honestly, accurately and to the best of your knowledge.

Failure to provide correct information may result in your policy being cancelled or a claim being rejected.

You must check all policy details and documents for accuracy and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.

Notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your cover.
Payment and Fees
Payment for your insurance can be made securely using your credit or debit card in GBP through our regulated payment partners.
All card payments are encrypted and processed in compliance with PCI DSS and FCA regulations and you will receive confirmation once payment is successful.
We cover all transaction fees related to crypto conversion (if applicable).
Policy documents will be issued automatically once payment is confirmed.
Cancellation and Refunds
You have a legal right to cancel your policy within the cooling-off period specified - 14 days from purchase or policy start date (whichever is later).
If you cancel within this period and no claims have been made, you may receive a pro-rata refund (subject to insurer terms). After this period, cancellations may not qualify for a refund unless permitted by your policy wording. To cancel, please email support@coversimply.com with your policy number.
Claims
All claims are managed by authorised UK claims partners on behalf of CoverSimply. Our partners handle claims in line with FCA regulations and GDPR data protection laws.

Complaints Procedure

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and provide a full response within 8 weeks.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS):

Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. Your information is processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We only collect and share data necessary for providing insurance services, processing payments, or handling claims.

Regulatory and Financial Protections
CoverSimply works only with authorised insurers who are members of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), ensuring eligible policyholders may be entitled to compensation if an insurer cannot meet its obligations.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By purchasing or renewing your insurance with CoverSimply, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Business.
